สถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ยังคงเดือดต่อเนื่องเป็นวันที่ 2 หลังจากเมื่อวานนี้ (7 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568) ทางกัมพูชาได้เปิดฉากโจมตีไทยที่บริเวณภูผาเหล็ก-พลาญหินแปดก้อน จ.ศรีสะเกษ

กระทั่งวันนี้ 8 ธันงาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เพจเฟซบุ๊ก กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters ได้มีการโพสต์ ข้อเท็จจริง ทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 ที่ทางการกัมพูชาพยายามใช้การเปิดศึกรอบใหม่เพื่อเบี่ยงประเด็นและกลบหลักฐานจากเวทีการประชุม Ottawa ที่ชี้ชัดมัดตัวเอง ทำเอาบรรดาชาวเน็ตทั้งหลายต่างเข้ามาคอมเมนต์แสดงความคิดเห็นกันอย่างเผ็ดร้อนเกี่ยวกับสถานการ์ณชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา

กัมพูชาหนีไม่พ้นข้อเท็จจริง ทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 เบี่ยงประเด็นเปิดศึก เพื่อกลบหลักฐานจากเวทีการประชุม Ottawa ที่ชี้ชัดมัดตัวเอง

เหตุการณ์ทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 ที่ถูกฝังใหม่ในเขตแดนไทย คือจุดหักเหสำคัญที่ทำให้กัมพูชาตกอยู่ในสถานะเพลี่ยงพล้ำอย่างรุนแรงต่อสายตาอาเซียนและประชาคมโลก เพราะรายงานของคณะผู้สังเกตการณ์อาเซียน-ไทย (AOT-TH) ระบุชัดเจนทุกมิติ ทั้งพิกัดที่อยู่ในไทย ร่องรอยการฝังใหม่ที่ปฏิเสธไม่ได้ แบบของทุ่นระเบิด รวมถึงรูปแบบยุทธวิธีที่สอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติของฝ่ายกัมพูชาโดยตรง เมื่อข้อเท็จจริงทั้งหมดถูกตีแผ่อย่างตรงไปตรงมา กัมพูชาจึงไม่สามารถตอบโต้ด้วยเหตุผลหรือหลักฐานได้ และถูกบีบให้ต้อง “ย้ายสนามรบ” จากพื้นที่แห่งความจริงไปสู่พื้นที่ของอารมณ์ ภาพลักษณ์ และเรื่องเล่า ซึ่งตนเองถนัดกว่า นั่นคือเวทีมนุษยธรรม เวทีสันติภาพ และเวทีดราม่าที่สร้างขึ้นได้ตามต้องการ

การเปิดศึกโจมตีกำลังพลฝ่ายไทยในพื้นที่ภูผาเหล็ก–พลาญหินแปดก้อน จ.ศรีสะเกษ เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 7 ธันวาคม 2568 จึงเป็นการเบี่ยงประเด็นและพยายามหลีกหนีจากข้อเท็จจริงที่ตอบไม่ได้ กัมพูชารู้ดีว่าหากการสนทนายังคงอยู่ในกรอบของพิกัด GPS ภาคสนาม ร่องรอยการฝังใหม่ และแบบของทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 ผลลัพธ์คือแพ้อย่างหมดรูป จึงเลือกที่จะสร้างเรื่องเล่าใหม่ที่ปลอดภัยกว่า เช่น อ้างว่าตนเองเป็นผู้รักสันติภาพหรือผู้ยึดมั่นในสนธิสัญญา พร้อมพยายามบิดเบือนให้ไทยกลายเป็นผู้ไม่สนับสนุนมนุษยธรรม ทั้งหมดนี้คือความพยายามหนีออกจากสนามข้อเท็จจริงไปสู่สนามแห่งความรู้สึก ซึ่งกัมพูชามักใช้เป็นวิธีประจำเมื่อเพลี่ยงพล้ำในเวทีโลก

เมื่อภาพลักษณ์ถูกสั่นคลอนจากรายงาน AOT-TH กัมพูชาจึงต้องพลิกบทเป็น “ผู้ถูกกระทำ” อีกครั้ง ใช้สูตรเดิมที่เคยทำมาแล้วหลายครั้งในประวัติศาสตร์ ได้แก่ กล่าวหาว่าไทยเป็นฝ่ายคุกคาม อ้างมนุษยธรรมบังหน้า เรียกร้องความเห็นใจจากต่างประเทศ และวาดภาพตัวเองเป็นประเทศเล็กที่อ่อนแอ และต้องเผชิญกับคู่กรณีที่ใหญ่กว่า ทั้งหมดถูกออกแบบเพื่อสร้างดราม่าและเบี่ยงความสนใจออกจากคำถามสำคัญเพียง 3 ข้อ

* ทำไมทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 แบบที่กัมพูชาใช้ จึงมาอยู่ในไทย?

* ทำไมร่องรอยการฝังทุ่นระเบิด จึงเป็นร่องรอยใหม่?

* ทำไมจึงพบทุ่นระเบิดในพื้นที่ซึ่งกัมพูชาได้เคลื่อนกำลังเข้ามาก่อนเกิดเหตุ?

คำถามเหล่านี้ไม่ต้องการทฤษฎีซับซ้อนใด ๆ เพราะทุกคำตอบล้วนชี้กลับไปยังต้นทางเดียวกันอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้

เมื่อไม่สามารถลบล้างข้อเท็จจริงได้ กัมพูชาจึงต้องเปิดฉากปะทะยิงทหารไทย เพื่อโจมตีไทยผ่านภาพลักษณ์ด้านมนุษยธรรม ทั้งเพื่อประวิงเวลา สร้างความสับสนแก่สังคมโลก และเพื่อปั้นเรื่องเล่าใหม่ให้ตัวเองเป็นฝ่ายถูกกดขี่ ถูกคุกคาม หรือเป็นผู้เรียกร้องสันติภาพ ทั้งหมดนี้คือความพยายามสร้างเรื่องเล่าเพื่อลดทอนน้ำหนักของความจริง มากกว่าจะเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยความรับผิดชอบตามหลักสากล

สรุปแล้ว การเปิดศึกโจมตีทหารไทยเมื่อ 7 ธันวาคม 2568 ไม่ได้ช่วยให้กัมพูชาหลีกหนีจากข้อเท็จจริงว่าทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 ถูกฝังใหม่ในเขตไทย แต่กลับสะท้อนชัดว่ากัมพูชากำลังใช้วิธีซ้ำเดิม สร้างภาพเป็นผู้ถูกกระทำ เรียกร้องความสงสารบนเวทีโลก และสร้างวาทกรรมเพื่อกลบพฤติกรรมของตนเอง เป็นลักษณะของ “การใช้กลยุทธบิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริง” ที่ไม่อาจปฏิเสธความผิดของตนในโลกแห่งความจริงได้เลย

Cambodia cannot escape the facts:

The newly planted PMN-2 anti-personnel landmines and the manufactured border clashes are nothing more than attempts to deflect attention from the evidence presented at the Ottawa meeting—evidence that clearly implicates Cambodia itself.

The PMN-2 incident inside Thai territory marks a decisive turning point that places Cambodia at a severe disadvantage in the eyes of ASEAN and the international community. The ASEAN Observer Team–Thailand (AOT-TH) report lays out the facts in full: precise coordinates confirming the location was inside Thailand, unmistakable signs of freshly planted landmines, the exact type of mine used, and tactical patterns consistent with Cambodian military practice. When such concrete facts were presented transparently, Cambodia found itself unable to counter with reason or evidence. It was forced instead to “change the battlefield” from the realm of facts to the realm of emotions, imagery, and narratives—domains where it traditionally operates more comfortably: humanitarian rhetoric, peace-themed discourse, and made-to-order drama.

The attack on Thai troops in the Phu Pha Lek–Phlan Hin Paet Kon area, Si Sa Ket Province, on Sunday, 7 December 2025, was therefore a calculated distraction—an attempt to escape from the facts it cannot refute. Cambodia knows full well that if the discussion remains anchored in GPS coordinates, physical soil traces, and the PMN-2’s characteristics, it will lose outright. Thus, it chose instead to manufacture a new narrative—portraying itself as a peace-loving, treaty-compliant actor—while attempting to distort the situation and cast Thailand as the party lacking humanitarian concern. This is a familiar tactic: abandoning the battlefield of truth for the battlefield of perception whenever cornered on the global stage.

As AOT-TH’s report shattered Cambodia’s carefully crafted image, Cambodia swiftly reverted to its long-used script of presenting itself as “the victim.” The pattern—repeated many times in history—is predictable: accuse Thailand of aggression, invoke humanitarian principles for sympathy, and depict itself as a small, vulnerable nation facing a larger adversary. All of this is designed to generate drama and divert attention from three fundamental questions:

• Why were PMN-2 landmines—used by Cambodia—found inside Thailand?

• Why were the traces of landmine installation clearly fresh?

• Why were the landmines discovered in an area where Cambodian forces had moved earlier?

These questions require no complicated theories. All answers inevitably point to the same origin.

Unable to disprove the facts, Cambodia initiated armed engagements with Thai forces to shift the narrative toward humanitarian optics—buying time, sowing confusion internationally, and crafting a new storyline that paints itself as oppressed, threatened, or pleading for peace. These actions are not solutions grounded in responsibility or international norms; they are deliberate attempts to overshadow the truth with manufactured narratives.

In conclusion, the attack on Thai troops on 7 December 2025 does nothing to absolve Cambodia of responsibility for the newly planted PMN-2 anti-personnel landmines found inside Thai territory. On the contrary, it clearly reveals Cambodia’s repeated strategy: portraying itself as the victim, seeking sympathy on the world stage, and constructing narratives to conceal its own actions. This is a textbook case of strategic distortion of reality, which cannot erase the undeniable facts on the ground.
