We, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (“the Company”)would like to announce that the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company No.3/2023 held on 10August 2023resolved toapprove the interim dividend payout for the operating result of the first 6 months of 2023 at the rate of Baht 0.70 per share of the total number of registered and paid-up shares of 1,181,232,800 shares or the total dividends in the amount of Baht 826,862,960 (Eight hundred twenty-six million eight hundred and sixty two thousand nine hundred and sixty Baht only) from the net profit for the operating result of the first 6 months of 2023 at the rate of Baht 0.40 per share totaling Baht 472,493,120 (Four hundred and seventy two million four hundred and ninety three thousand one hundred and twenty Baht only) and paid from retained earnings at the rate of Baht 0.30 per share, amounting to Baht 354,369,840 (Three hundred and fifty four million three hundred and sixty nine thousand eight hundred and forty Baht only).

 

        In addition, the Company has paid the interim dividend payout for the operating result of the first 3 months of 2023 at the rate of Baht 0.35 per share of the total dividends in the amount of Baht 413,431,480 (Four hundred and thirteen million four hundred and thirty one thousand four hundred and eighty Baht only) from the net profit for the operating result of the first 3 months of 2023 at the rate of Baht 0.20 per share totaling Baht 236,246,560 (Two hundred thirty six million two hundred and forty six thousand five hundred and sixty Baht only) and paid from retained earnings at the rate of Baht 0.15 per share, amounting to Baht 177,184,920 (One hundred seventy seven million one hundred and eighty four thousand nine hundred and twenty Baht only) on 9 June 2023. 

 

        Therefore, the Company will pay the interim dividend payout for the operating result of the first 6 months of 2023 for the remaining amount at the rate of 0.35 Baht per share of the total number of registered and paid-up shares of 1,181,232,800 shares, or total dividends amount of Baht 413,431,480 (Four hundred and thirteen million four hundred and thirty one thousand four hundred and eighty Baht only) from the net profit for the operating result of the first 6 months of 2023 at the rate of Baht 0.20 per share totaling Baht 236,246,560 (Two hundred thirty six million two hundred and forty six thousand five hundred and sixty Baht only) and paid from retained earnings at the rate of Baht 0.15 per share, amounting to Baht 177,184,920 (One hundred seventy seven million  one hundred and eighty four thousand nine hundred and twenty Baht only).

 

        The totaling dividends, to be paid from the profit of the Company that were subject to 20 percent Corporate Income Tax.  The shareholders paying personal income tax could be credited at the rate of 20/80 for his/her dividend in accordance with Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code. The Company has scheduled the date todetermine the names of shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend(Record Date)on Friday, 25August2023 and scheduled the payment date of theinterim dividend within Friday, 8September 2023.
